What types of clients do you work with?

How do I get started?
Start by booking a Discovery Call. After our call, you’ll receive a proposal and service agreement. Once signed and your first payment is received, we’ll begin onboarding.
What’s included in each support package?
Each package includes a set number of monthly hours and access to tailored support in areas like administrative assistance, project coordination, and event planning. See full package details here: Support Packages.
Can I customize a package or add extra hours?
Yes! Add-on services are available. Just let us know what you need and we'll make it seamless.
What are your working hours and communication style?
Standard hours are Monday–Friday, 9 AM–3 PM PT. We are proactive and responsive. Most communication happens via email, with scheduled calls as needed. We typically respond within 1–2 business days
How do I cancel or pause services?
You can cancel or pause services with 30 day written notice. Full cancellation terms are outlined in your agreement and Client Agreement Overview.
How do you handle confidentiality and access to my systems?
Confidentiality and discretion are a top priority. We use secure systems and only access what’s necessary to support you. Trust is the foundation of our work.
What’s the difference between Executive Support, Event Planning, and Project Coordination?
Each service area is designed for a different type of behind-the-scenes support:
Executive Support: Inbox, calendar, task management
Event Planning: Virtual or in-person event logistics
Project Coordination: Timeline tracking, team/task flow, updates
Where can I view the full Client Agreement?

When will I be billed?
Invoices are issued on the 25th of each month. Payment is due within 5 days of the invoice date unless otherwise arranged in writing. A late fee may apply to overdue balances. The first payment is due upon signing your agreement.
